What we collect

• Account information such as account ID, email, display name, sign-in provider, and account status.
• Information you choose to save, including dog profiles, training logs, notes, skills, progress, reminders, imports, exports, and review preferences.
• Technical and billing-status information needed for cloud save, security, support, plan access, and reliable operation. WellTrained does not store full payment-card details.

How we use it

• To provide accounts, dog profiles, cloud save, logs, progress tracking, reminders, exports, support, and paid-plan access.
• When you request an AI progress review, summarized signals from saved logs are used to prepare the review. AI is not run automatically simply because a log is saved.
• Anonymous benchmark contribution is separate and remains off unless explicitly enabled where offered.

Service providers

AppDeploy provides hosting, authentication, database, notifications, and AI tools used when a review is requested. Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. We do not sell personal information or automatically make training records public.

Your choices

You can update dog and training information and use available export tools. Older browser data is imported only after review and confirmation. Contact support@welltrainedapp.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained for billing, security, disputes, or legal obligations.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and for reasonable billing, security, support, and legal purposes. Administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can promise perfect security.
